You will have the best view and atmosphere in Tokyo! Essential to get here early to have a good seat and watch the sunset (before 6pm depending on time of year).

I was disappointed in this area; my pre-travel reading had lead me to expect a much different experience. Hard to find a lot of places on my list and very tiring; nowhere to site and rest!

Up market shops which were scattered all the place. I didn't enjoy it that much. You have to have patience to go and find the shops and we were too tired to do so

I had high expectations about Roppongi Hills and finally I concluded that Roppongi and Ginza were much better districts. Roppongi Hills is a very nice place, do not make me wrong but somehow it is rigid, too much sterile and commercial. Anyway, it is worth...More

Akasaka / Roppongi
Not so long ago the Akasaka and Roppongi areas were
famous for their nightlife, high-class restaurants,
bars and clubs. More recently, with the opening of
Roppongi Hills, Tokyo Midtown and Akasaka Sacas, the
area has declared itself as the most fashionable spot
to be seen. The area also hosts the National Art
Center and the Mori Art Museum and lots of trendy art
