This place used to be a workshop of Mr. Taro Okamoto, a famous sculptor. I have been a big fan of Taro Okamoto for many years. It is not just his great paintings and sculptures but I learnt a lot from his writings on culture. Every time I visit Tokyo, I stop by this museum. The bldg used to be Taro Okamoto's artist studio/resident and now it is converted to be his museum. Once you step inside, you feel his presence!
