This class was a lot of fun. Ayuko presented an extremely well prepared, well paced class. Her explanations were clear, and our food was delicious! I wish I had booked earlier during my stay so that I could have taken another class too.

We had a great time learning how to make sushi. We learned about the different varieties of sushi and then made nigiri and a roll. Delicious and very filling! Don't eat lunch beforehand!
