I went to Kilrush because my great grandmother was from there. It was lovely to see the church and light a candle for her. A beautiful church.

Fantastic structure and great alter. The stained glass windows make this even better. Those who paid for the windows have their names on the bottom of the stained glass. A must see for most.

Went in there to light some candles and to savour the ambiance of the place. My last trip was some 15 years ago

Stopped by this very beautiful church. There is a grotto across the street for Blessed Virgin Mary. The church is breathtaking. Highly recommend a visit here.

St. Senan's Church is blessed with the presence and beauty of many a Cathedral. The stained glass windows, altar and organ gallery are a joy to behold.

If you don't have any particular reason to visit, you will perhaps skip it as a tourist... It is a beautiful building with typical stained glass décor. A nice short visit is ok and warranted.

Probably some of the most spectacular stained glass I've seen in Ireland. I felt a sense of inner peace in just sitting in this church. A most see if you are in the area.

I visited kilrush to trace my ancestry. Online records were a little hard to come by but I was directed towards the church, and father Sheedy in particular, to see if I could access the church records. Father Sheedy was very accessible and friendly and...More
