I’m not usually a ‘go check out more cathedrals’ type of person, but this Unesco Heritage listed Cathedral of St Peter the Apostle (documented dating back to the year 516) with its imposing Romanesque bell tower, nestled in the medieval part of the city of...More

Hi We have visited Cathedrals the length & breadth of Europe incl Spain and this one has really impressed us. We were so under impressed with the exterior we almost didn't go in and that would have been a huge mistake. The subdued lighting, the...More

I felt claustrophobic as soon as I stepped inside. I couldn't breathe and felt a very heavy, dark energy. The vending machine for candles killed the medieval vibe too. I only could take a couple of minutes. And my husband felt the same.

Impressive Cathedral with mural paintings made by SERT, a universal painter with works in Europe and America. You feel really sensitive.

It is a bit dark inside which gives it that thrill feel and you will enjoy it if you like cathedrals in general.

Nice and quiet church, Vic is very much worth a visit. You should spend the euro to visit the crypt and the cloister.

Having visited a number of Spanish cathedrals already, we were surprised by the different Romanesque style of this cathedral. Not our favorite (but it's hard to compete after seeing Sagrada Familia in Barcelona!)
