It's very cute and meant to supply the train experience for small children, everyone else but me were parents with their children. There is absolutely no English available so if u don't speak and read Japanese it's a bit a waste of time.

Used the Keio line mainly to travel around Tokyo. Always on time, reliable and clean. Friendly and helpful staff at the various points It could be a rush during the peak times before of after office hours. It's not issue for short distance travel.
