Very modern museum, located close to the quaint village of Anger. Built in 2015 and still looked brand new and moderns. It houses some of Hans- Peter Porsche's personal Porache cars, like: 550 Spyder, Carrera GT, 918 Spyder, Boxter GT4, 911 GT3 RS, 911 GT...More

I can absolutely see that, if you’re into antique toys or model trains, this would be a dream museum. However, since I am neither, I have to give this a lower rating. On the plus side, the museum is well laid out, spacious and clean....More

By chance I found this wonderful attraction on Google maps. We were only able to spend about a hour but could easily have spent much longer. The antique toys are truly a wonderful exhibit. The car collection is priceless. The outdoor railway for kids looks...More

This is a beautifully laid out exhibition of toys from yesteryear (including some amazing clockwork ships), a history of the landspeed record, and one of the most amazing model railways I've ever seen. The style is quite minimalist, which slightly bemused my three children (ages...More

Our whole family found this a wonderful - from children to grandparents. The model train was amazing, and all the historical toys kept us interested for many hours. The playground outside was a lot of fun for the children, who didn't want to leave.

The attracrion is a a result of the Grandson of Ferdinand Porsche' interest in model railroads & motor vehicles. It is the largest private model railway exhibit in the world. I visited with my Wife & another couple, none of whom espescially the Wives were...More

I wasn't quite sure about it but I guess I was wrong. Nice Museum, amazing set up. Nice Porsches on display; good restaurant as well. You will like it. Near the A8. 20 minutes away from Salzburg. Quite nice.

hello Abijit, I do not know. I guess, since taxis are more expensive in Europe than in Asia - assume about €20 per 10km. I guess Salzburg to Anger is about 20km, so plan about €40 per trip. cheers and enjoy markus

The museum is a little north of Salzburg. You can take the train to Bad Reichenhall and then the bus from there. Enjoy.
