We stayed at the Castello di Razzano for two nights and learned of this museum on our last day. Definitely needed more time in the museum. Very interesting displays of wine history including a video showing the current vineyard maintenance.

We stayed at the vineyard and we looked around the museum, we didn't have a guide tour but still found the museum interesting.

Worth a small detour, but the best is to combine it with a stay at Castello di Razzano. The owner will give you many interesting details of winemaking, and the museum, though small, will give you a nice understanding of how complex winemaking really are.
