Bolton abbey what a find,the abbey is beautiful the quiz a little tricky but I had help, The grounds are superb the river was to high to try the stepping stones. Highly recommend this venue Great idea £10 to park and entry to abbey

A beautiful place to visit, whatever the weather. Atmospheric in the rain and stunningly beautiful in the sunshine. Steeped in history and set amongst some of the most beautiful countryside in England.

A wonderful day out. Beautiful scenery and lovely walks next to the river. Several places to eat...all good quality. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended fro all ages. Lovely clean toilets too.

No it really is child friendly, although it can get a bit muddy after rain.Your kids will love it.

There are toilets in the carpark area and local cafes but not once you get down towards the abbey although we managed ok with toddlers
