I was in Agartala on a official trip with very little time for sightseeing. So I opted to visit Heritage Park which has miniature versions of all important monuments of Tripura in a beautifully landscaped garden. It is open from 6 to 8 am with free entry and afterwards with tickets till evening. In the morning mostly morning walkers are there. The park has three parts - the part with monuments, a part which resembles a forest and a herbal garden. I went there at 6 am and roamed around for two hours enjoying the natural as well as mane made beauty. Loved the oportunity to know the heritage of Tripura at a place!

Heritage Park is a captivating oasis adorned with stunning flower gardens. The vibrant blooms create a kaleidoscope of colors, adding an enchanting touch to the park's ambiance. Moreover, the presence of miniature historic monuments of Tripura is a remarkable feature that truly sets this park apart. These intricately crafted replicas provide a glimpse into the rich heritage of the region, allowing visitors to appreciate the cultural significance in a unique way. Heritage Park beautifully combines natural beauty with historical charm, making it a must-see destination for flower enthusiasts and history lovers alike.

When at Agartala, the capital city of the state of Tripura and you don't have so much time to pay visit to all the important tourist destinations in the state, just head to Heritage Park for getting an overall impression of all the places that you wished to visit but couldn't. It showcases palaces, temples, sculptures of different places in Tripura in miniature forms, at one place. So, you get a basic idea and can decide which ones to visit the next time you come over here with a little time in hand. Besides, it has beautiful gardens with blooming flowers all the year round, specially in winters, tall eucalyptus trees that stand in series welcoming you to this spot. This park is also a popular destination for morning joggers with neat pavements throughout in a circular path. Must visit when in Agartala!

A beautiful site to visit in the heart of the city. A calm and serene atmosphere. Replica of different historical monuments are kept here and the place is really well maintained.

The park is reasonably large including a lotus pond, an open air amphitheater, and replicas of many interesting places of Tripura. I found the replica of Tripura's entire rail network including stations, hills and tunnels to be the most interesting. Another nice aspect is the soft music being played all through the park.
Note that the park is closed on Tuesday though I have seen a Tripura government website erroneously mentioning Sunday as the weekly holiday. The park is open from 10 AM to 1PM and 2 PM to 5 PM. There is parking place for four and two wheelers opposite to the entrance of the park.
