This is a beautiful and amazing place to visit. The views and wind are breathtaking. Children can run freely with so much space to explore. My children loved playing in the pools left by the retreating tide. Great natural fun all round.

Such breathtaking beauty what ever the time of year, rain or shine. The visitor centre is full of good useful information and serves the best hot chocolate according to my 10 year old.

I chose this beach on a day last week, on the basis of the fine recommendations, but there is no swimming allowed. Better to stop at Borth en route if you are hoping to enjoy a real swim. There are red flags all along the...More

Fantastic beach & dunes. Nice flat firm sands for children to play ball games and a resident ice cream van - what more could you need?! Dog friendly.

Gorgeous beach, sand dunes perfect for kids and dogs to play on. Dogs allowed all year round. The views over the estuary towards aberdovey are beautiful, nice little shop and welcome centre.

Park on the beach and walk the sand dunes! Lovely sandy beaches, visitor centre. Look out for lots of different wildlife. Have to pay to park only.

Went for a walk among the sand dunes and along the beach on a lovely sunny afternoon. The views were wonderful and the beach was quite busy. Ice cream van was doing a good trade but as I was full from lunch I resisted temptation.

Camping on the beach at Ynyslas is not allowed because of the tides and it is a nature reserve. Also, shame on you AndyHough for suggesting people don't pay for the car parking there, without the funds raised the nature... More

Yes, definitely, perfect place for it, but keep it away from the dunes .... for obvious reasons 😉
