This is great activity for thrill seekers. Our family signed up for the intermediate excursion. But don't let the published distances fool you as there is plenty of strenuous hiking and vertical rock face climbs. You are fully secure with a harness. Good fitness and cardio are required to scale these heights. Bring lots of water and some snacks. And... More

This was a highlight of our trip to the Mount Tremblant areas--highly recommended. Great experience for parents and two kids, 8 and 11 years old. We booked the afternoon family excursion (only two times a day available for families with kids under 12 years old). Always clipped in with double carabiners. Our guide, Olivier, was excellent--kept kids entertained while making... More

We went as group. 8 people of varying skill levels climbing and hiking experience. We had a couple that were partially afraid of heights. We chose the novice route, it was a good decision as some of the team validated their fear of heights during the experience but they both overcame their challenge. We had an amazing guide Lori who... My son (aged 11) and I booked onto a family beginners climb. As it turned out, we were the only two booked on and so had our guide Marina to ourselves. She was very good and very pleasant and put us at ease about what we'd be doing. My son is (was!) a little scared of heights and so he... More

Saw this through a website search of what to do in Mont Tremblant. So glad we took the time to do it. No one in our group (husband, daughter and myself) have experience climbing or zip lining. Our guides (Baloo and Chris) were awesome. The took the time to make sure you understood and made you feel comfortable to do... More

The Via Ferrata du Diable is a climb/hike experience like no other. I loved it! I do not have rock climbing experience, and one could think of this as climbing with training wheels. You are harnessed in with a double carabiner system, so as long as you follow the rules you are safe. That being said, there is little supervision... More

I had a free Saturday in August before watching my brother compete in the next day's Ironman, and searched the Web for things to do. Checking out videos and photos of this Via Ferrata can give one sweaty palms and a fast heart rate. But a recent basic ropes course had given me a good comfort level with the harness... More

Wow!! This was one of the most unique and amazing experiences I've ever had. It gives you the feeling of what it must be like to be a professional rock climber without needing any special skills. The guides are great and I felt very safe the whole time. I did the intermediate course without any prior experience. The setting and... More

This was, by far, our family's favorite activity during our stay in Lac Superieur near the park. The notable part is that this was our teenagers' favorite activity, by far. It is not easy to entertain kids of this age, and this was a winner on all counts. We did the 3 hour excursion because our youngest is 12 and... More

Via Ferrata is definitely something worse going to when you in the Mt Tremblant area as long you aren't afraid of heights. We did the intermediate and it was just the right challenge. Great views and a knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. Remember that on the mountain there are no washrooms of any sort once you leave the disembarkation point... More
