Outstanding experience from the front gate, through the path. This is a collective of the local community and it's super professional. The coffee plantation guide walks you through the whole experience of different types coffee and how the Luwak animal is also involved. Free coffee and tea tasting onsite. Great gift shop that sells huge range of things.

DO NOT visit Satria Agrowisata UNLESS
You want to be ripped off buying bags of flavoured coloured powdered sugar products under the guise of Tea or Coffee. We arrived home to discover we paid $14 Australian for a 200grm bag of sugary rubbish.x 7
Although we were not expecting beans, the coffee wasn’t even ground coffee. It was a bag of sugar maybe instant coffee and non dairy whitener. Like the sugary flavoured instant coffee you can buy at the local supermarket for $5. This place is EXTREMELY deceptive and we were stupid enough to not ask the right questions. The products are in foil bags in boxes all beautifully presented in a lovely shop along with essential oils ( I’m now guessing they too are fake) so you cannot see the product nor how they are made and the boxes have no instructions nor list of ingredients which should have alerted me earlier but I assumed the details of how to brew and list of ingredients would be inside the box in a leaflet. I’m guessing it’s all actually artificial flavours. Not the organic genuine products they claim during the tasting. It’s merely a money making scam and I’m sure the drivers get a kick back for taking you there to be scammed. Would you like to visit a coffee farm while we are here in Obud and learn how it’s all made and processed he asked. I wish I had opened a bag before we left Bali or read the reviews online as I have now I’m back home. So many red flags! . I would have happily gone back and opened every single bag in front of all the fellow tourists and thrown the contents all over the floor then demand my money back. We threw away $140 on rubbish. It’s powdered lolly water. Nothing more. The only genuine product was the rice tea. Big deal. A bag of wild rice…. Probably not even organic 😳

nice presentation, we knew it is probably a scam but didn't want to antagonize our driver ;) As expected after making us feel guilty with free samples we purchased the cheapest product available, still outrageously expensive (8£ for 200g of powdered chemical ginger and sugar that costs 0.50p in every supermarket). Enjoy the nice garden, it is not plantation, and have a sip of free lovely teas and coffee s. Just remember that what they sell is not what you sample very far from it. Caged poor animals aside skip it if you can, but probably your driver or a tour guide will bring you here anyway, commission will not earn itself right?
P.S. of course no Civit Lewak cat coffee is sold or made here :)

we visited one of the coffee plantations near Kintamani, we enjoyed various coffees and teas, with a beautiful view of their garden, we were greeted by the staff there in a friendly manner and explained about the garden.

What part of "Tea" is this? No use by date or ingredients listed on the packet. My curiosity got the better of me. I opened to find no Tea whatsoever? Be careful what you buy.

What a rip off this place is. Buyer beware. Total tourist trap. What they serve you and what they sell are totally different things. Our driver insisted we try the authentic tea.
Obviously he was on commission. Total waste of US $50. They don't mention the ingredients and there is no expiry date. Very expensive way to buy sugar

The overall experience was good. I did enjoy the tea and the coffee. The luwak coffee was just okay and not as good as I expected it to be.
I bought some tea with high hopes, turns out they sell sugar mixed with some stuff and it's not really tea I had purchased. It was very disappointing. Would never recommend it to someone

The experience is nice but coming to buy the tea, it's fake!! All sugar, hardly any tea. If you want to go for the experience it's nice but don't waste your money. The sit down experience is free.

Nice place to visit. But do not buy their tea or coffee. I bought their saffron tea: it should be 100% organic, it s just sugar inside. Nothing compared to the real saffron tea.
