If you want seriously good coffee, good food, brilliant cakes, fabulous surroundings, lovely facilities, do try the trekking centre's bistro. You don't have to be booked on a trek to visit the bistro. Well worth going to.

Hi, I just wondered if anyone can help. My partner is a novice, however I used to ride and we have just purchased the experience for my birthday and as i haven't ridden since about 12 I am a both nervous and excited ! Does anyone know what a 1 hour trek involves? Is it a whole hour trek or does training and getting ready come into that hour ? Thanks

I have done a 1 hour hack twice and on both occasions you rode for the entire hour and it is mostly walking interspersed with little trots. You are monitored (discreetly!) as this is a beginner's ride and guidance is given... More
