serious construction at the south east entrance. Paths are blocked. the sand volleyball is out for a week of fun in the sun. More restaurants and some new stores.

Expanding with new stores. more outdoor restaurant seating as the lovely weather is promoting a visit on the patio. the parking is still a great plus as it is available from multiple directions.

Big news the old V & D parking is now Qpark and open. it looks a bit different on the outside but inside its the same. Hudson Bay has been replaced by an outlet store. my favorite D & E coffee place is now a dunkin donuts not the same at all.
beware the albert hein parking side. there is massive construction in the old KPMG site and the traffic is a big snarl

A great shopping centre conveniently close to home, with a great selection of stores and well laid out to wander around. Access and parking nearby is easy.

Amstelveen Stadshart is great place for shopping or even spending few hours on a weekend with kids. In summer, there are water fountains outside for the kids to enjoy! In winters there is skating activities and more! A variety of shops and restaurants to check out.

first parking is tricky enter the underground parking from the Karl Keizer side the first level is usually full so go straight to the level 2 there is a lift to the ground level. the shops are being up graded back to nicer brands. there are also many new eating and drinking places. beware Friday which is market day and the market takes over much of the out door space.

i watched this shopping center being built 20 years ago and lived in one of the apartments above it. it is still my go to for shopping in amstelveen. there were some tough years after 2008 but it has rebounded nicely.

It was not easy to find the underground parking bur ones inside lots of nice shops and food places.all brands can be found but not all inside need to walk outside going from one area into other

Especially for a rainy day or on a market day (main:Friday, organic/farmers:Tuesday), Amstelveen shopping centre caters for all pockets from h&m and HEMA to De Bijenkorf and the little boutiques along the Rembrandtweg. It also has nice options to grab a coffee or some food.
