Thronged by people especially during auspicious days this is a special abode for many tourists. Good to relax for a while on the hill top and take in the bird's eye view of the Town at leisure.

This temple is very famous and is one of the Six temples, that Lord Murga is worshiped.. We make this pilgrimage to Palani, every time we go to India.

One of the Famous Murugan temple, it happened to be my home town too but visited only 4 times beyond a religious temple, it is a a place to visit

good temple in TN. But crowded as always. suggest you to take special darshan ticket else you will suffer on pooja days.
