Superb visit to a fascinating vineyard
A superb tour of a fascinating vineyard and operations. Well worth the visit to see the concrete vats and the different approach to wine making. The pairing platter was excellent as was the one- a superb visit with a brilliant guide.

    Great deal for the price
This is the best wine tour I've done. So generous with wine tasting (and liquor) and the food. Winery is beautiful and wine is made in massive clay pots. We loved the boutique, unflashy vibe. Interesting blends of wine. Our guide (Jorge) was very friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgable.

What a beautiful place. The setting is fabulous in the Casa Blanca valley. We were surprised to discover that vines have only been grown in this location since the 1980s.
The Bodegas RE guide was friendly and knowledgeable, we never felt rushed. I was blown away by the fruit liqueur room. Bottle upon bottle of fruit, herbs, and nuts steeping in alcohol.
Another store revealed Balsamic aging in barrels of different wood types.
All this before visiting the wine cellar. Mammoth vats, not steel, producing wine in the traditional Chilean method.
Lunch was delicious, four courses with wine pairing. A terrific trip.

This was the first of nearly 15 wineries we visited in Casablanca and Colchagua, Chile and it was quite interesting. The wines were quite nice, the tasting included food (cheese, balsamic vinegar and bread), and the ambiance was quite nice. The process is different than other wineries we visited as some of the wine is stored in clay pots. I highly recommend a visit here.

The wines were amazing and I'm not a big fan of big reds. The tour was wonderful and I just can't get over the use of the clay urns and how hold some of them are. And the back story - that someone who was so successful in creating a mega-winery to go back to small levels of production of boutique products - this project is obviously from the heart and thank goodnews for that. The world needs more diversity.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. He knew WINE and was very impressive with explaining and highlighting the special process. I enjoyed the tour and all of the info. I was a bit disappointed that the wines that they talked the most about wasn’t a part of the tasting or was it a available by the glass or sample.

I did not purchase anything but enjoyed the view.

This was such a cool gem of a winery! The wine is phenomenal with lots of different unique types of many different price points. The labels are also really interesting and very esthetic. My tour & tasting guide's name was Christopher and he was so helpful and knowledgeable! He was also just really fun to chat with while doing the tasting~ it was such an incredible experience! The tasting is also a great deal as they let you try additional ones you might want to purchase and pair it with yummy appetizers. I would highly recommend a visit here!

Thought the wine here was excellent, in particular the Carignon and the "Syragnon" blend, and the orange wines. The homemade fruit liquors were very good as well. Everything was great value. The staff was very friendly and informative, especially Mario, and we enjoyed the property tour as well. This was our favorite vineyard in Casablanca without question

My wife, daughter, and I stopped here for a wine tasting. It's worth a visit to sample some of the blends (e.g., Chardonnoir for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, and Cabergnan for Cabernet Sauvignon and Carignan). Ignacio gave us a brief tour of the winery and then led us through our wine tasting. He suggested food pairings with each of the 7 wines we tasted. The 2011 Cabergnan was my favorite.
