Kasayama is where the Camellia Grove is located and it is a beautiful area to walk around in. I recommend going at the end of the camellia season. Right when the flowers have pretty much fallen off. Before this lighthouse point was a park, it was used for grazing cattle. And then thousands of camellia bushes were planted as it was converted to a park. Now the camellia plants are tall enough to be regarded as trees and as visitors wander the paths beneath them, in addition to admiring the flowers, there are remnants of stone walls... More
