Incredible!!!!! Wonderful!!!
Some friends recommended me to book a tour to Harie Kabata through Email ryannguyenhcm@gmail.com, a local English guide. We have received a great tour with reasonable price for 4 persons about ¥4,000/Pax. We have booked on Oct.2019, luckily there are still some paddy fields around there. We love the air in the village, the spring water is so pure, clear and have amazing taste. We also tasted some kinds of special fish and Tofu in the local Shop. At the end, the guide took us to the Sake Brewery with over 150 years history, we have tried some types of Sake and learn about how to enjoy the Sake in different temperatures, so funny. We enjoyed the tour too much.

Amazing!!!
How wonderful this place. I can’nt understand everthing about it until I came and saw it by my eyes. I have chosen a English tour with the local guide via email ryannguyenhcm@gmail.com. The cost only 5000¥/pax. I wil come back again with my friends.

Super interesting water system designed several hundreds of years ago and is still used today.
You may take a walking tour guided by the volunteers of the village.

The natural water is really clear and clean.
You can drink off the Kabata directly.
I wish the tour guide could explain more in English.
At least the pamphlets that were shown to us should be written in English.
Even though I do not understand most of the things she explained, but I enjoyed the tour very very much.

We were looking for a day trip from Kyoto.. Yutour with Seita Moro was recommended by a family member . It was a glimpse into a community that has taken advantage of their unique waterways throughout their village for hundreds of years. A gardener myself with a deep interest in conservation, I was drawn to Harie. Our guide Seita offered our family a personal tour through the neighborhoods. Seeing kabata, meeting some locals, a delicious lunch which was locally grown and fished. We were fortunate to be there in December with the start of sake brewing season. We saw first hand how it was brewed and of course tasted the sake. Even in the rain the beauty of the village was clear to see and experience. For a step away from the busy crowds and tourist, spend a day in Harie was Yutour and Seita. Well worth the price of a guide.
