The road is only maritime road connecting Katsuren Peninsula and Henza Island. Because it is a straight road over 5km, the seascapes from this road is very wonderful! I recommend you to stop your car at the roadside station and taking a walk...More

I travel over to Hamahigajima every time I come to Okinawa. It's a wonderful little island chock full of history and culture. The causeway, Kaichu Duoro, is the island's modern-day lifeline and is a most pleasant drive. It is the longest causeway in East Asia...More

This place is really neat. There is plenty of parking for access to crystal clear beaches. The overlooks to both sides of the water is awesome.

A great scenic drive. The bridge is long and with a parking in the middle where you can stop, take some nice photos of the islands and have a relaxing walk around. Great start for a trip to Yagaji island and further island hopping.
