The Kuala Kangsar Pavilion Tower was built in year 1920 and was used as the resting place for Sultan Iskandar Shah after polo matches. Today, it has become as 1 of the historical attractions in Kuala Kangsar that worth a brief visit by the visitors.

Nothing special, seems that this tower was refurbished recently but it does not seem that way to me. Looks old and isn't properly maintained.

There is a clock tower near one of the first rubber trees in Kuala Kangsar, Malaysia. Next to it the pavilion tower over looks the sports field. Built in 1930, it was used as a recreation centre for the wives of government officials.

I brought my friends from America to Pavilion Tower Kuala Kangsar in July 2022. It was very sad looking, dirty, and not well-kept. It was very sad because it could have been a very nice place to visit because the tower itself is so unique and beautiful. What we saw was a bunch of trash, empty bottles, a mat, cardboard, and a lot of bird poop. I hope someone will see this and do something about it. Even though this is not one of the top sights to see in Kuala Kangsar, I still think it needs to be cleaned up. Does this represent Kuala Kangsar? Does this represent Malaysia? Does this even represent a place that Sultan Iskandar Shah used after polo matches? Why don't we make this tower beautiful again and maintain it to bring in more tourists? If I knew this tower was in this situation, I wouldn't have brought my visitors there. So embarrassing.

The Pavillion and the Old Clock Tower different. The Pavillion is located right opposite the Malay College. The Clock Tower is right downtown on a roundabout. The Pavillion right now is at a sorry state. When we were there, workers are reconditioning it and giving it a new coat of paint. There are wears and tears now but after they work on it, it would look pretty again and safe to climb up.
