Had a overnight stay at Hotel Senjojiki on 21.12.2017, which was connected to the ropeway station. Just loved the experience. Had a Japanese styled room, very comfortable. Although washroom and bathroom were in the common areas (separate for males and females of course) Beauty calming...More

I came here with my friend to do some day hiking up to the Hyakumeizan mountain Kiso-Komagadake. Senjojiki is a natural bowl that is most easily accessed via the ropeway from the east. There is a hotel at the ropeway station and this is a...More

This review lost one point because I found it fairly expensive. Pay for parking, then pay for the bus, then pay for the gondola. Overall about USD$60 per person. The second point lost is nature's fault as it was a cloudy day and the spectacular...More

What can I say... it was just gorgeous, that is it. Check this website in English, http://www.chuo-alps.com/en/index.html (Official website) The only thing that I should mention to you is that you can't get to the bottom of the gondola with your own car. You need...More
