It is such a unique place to visit in Japan with an amazing view. I recommend you to visit the place in a cooler season as it's a long walk till the top of the hill and a long way back to the main road.

Tattoos are generally frowned upon in Japan. However, since it is a beach and not a private spa, there will be no one to deny you entry. If you are worried, try to be discreet about it.
