Whats great is the park by the beach. (also camping just off the beach). I went walking and then sat on a bench in the park and read. There is apparently a swimming area but I didnt swim.

There is quite a bit of debris on this beach, so this is not where you are going to lay down your towel and suntan but I would imagine that the little park behind it is good to relax in in summer
