Very interesting place to visit on the history of the Sitwell family. Lovely gardens in Spring and Summer and a Cafe in close proximity to the House.

A fantastic afternoon out! Has been brilliant to be able to get the kids out doing something fun, active, local and doesn't break the bank! The kids loved the clues and there are some lovely areas to explore. All accessible. Can't wait to return here!

Really not sure what’s happened to the cafe. There seems to have been a change in personnel - unfortunately this is for the worse. Ordering takes an inordinate amount of time and is very frustrating. On a recent visit it took 15 minutes to order....More

Visited on a Friday in order to do the house tour which is highly recommended. The gardens were beautiful with something for everyone. Definitely worth a visit.

Hi yes you can access the café without paying to view the house and gardens but make sure you check opening times as there may be reduced opening hours in the winter months. Enjoy
