Well worth a visit, all stage of processes are explained, very large workshop, and interesting work. Very skilled workers and option to buy items, take some money or m-pesa, support the local skills

I went there with some friends just to check it out because it was here on tripadvisor. It's great to see the work and detail they put into every piece. You get to see the whole process from cutting the wood to the finished art. Wich makes you feel a more personal link to the piece. Worth the trip if you want a beautiful handmade souvenir.…

As we were in the area, we sought out KraftyArtz workshop and were really glad we did. We were welcomed and shown around the workshop (my 8 year old even got to try some tasks). Seeing the pieces being made was fascinating and the on site shop was the perfect place for some early Christmas shopping.…

Tucked away in an industrial estate area, crafts are made from scratch. Pleasant colours and designs. I have seen the goods on sale at the airport but was expecting the 'seconds' that I bought at source to have been a little more of a 'bargain buy'. The Kraftyartz shop contains diverse collection of handmade gifts which are very appealing to the eye and vary from very well decorated trays with different embedded animal pictures and birds found within the savanna grasslands of the African plains, to travel mugs and table mats. The selection is truly incredible. Kraftyartz is a gift shop you can buy anything that you see on shelves. It is the superiority of these items that makes me long for another holiday in Nakuru.…
