1.5 kilometre walk to the waterfall.
Once we got there it was absolutely stunning!! We stayed for around 30-45 minutes enjoying the view & taking photos.

The photos do not do it justice!

If you are visiting North Wales, this is a must!

slightly longer walk to the Falls from the Car Park than expected, but totally worth it for the views! first time seeing a real waterfall, and couldn’t believe how astounding it was! absolutely breath taken by the view, and wish I could have sat watching it for hours. Perfect Spot for a Picnic or Photoshoot!

We really enjoyed our visit here and would recommend this lovely walk. Bring change for car park as it only takes cash. The walk is signposted and takes about 45 minutes to walk. Not to hard of a trek and the waterfall at the end is so relaxing and beautiful to look at. The water is freezing though but still had a great time

This was a really lovely walk to do with my 12 year old. Not completely flat so not boring but not super challenging either. Beautiful waterfall at the end.

Nice easy walk into the hills but very very busy with inconsiderate drivers and ignorant individuals caught damaging trees and litter left all over.
Basically a lovely walk and fantastic waterfall at the end spoilt by people who should know better.
We took some drinks up but brought down two bags of rubbish…
Do visit, enjoy, have fun but do so responsibly..

We'd just started walking the route to Aber Falls when it started raining - not to worry, it was still fun as it was still warm. I would say that the journey to the falls isn't quite as easy as some literature makes out - the paths are craggy and uneven in places, which is fine for us, but could make pushing someone in a wheelchair quite a chore. Aber Falls themselves are impressive, and this was on a day following a period of prolonged water shortage in the area. At another time, there would be even more water coming down to add to the thrill. We crossed the bridge at Aber Falls, having heard of another waterfall nearby - after several minutes trekking on a very rocky and narrow path (in places) we came to the second fall. What a joy to see not one but two waterfalls at source in one day. We doubled back to rejoin our original route which was shorter than if we continued on this second route. Another time, I would join the red route much earlier and walk along the top of the hill to make the most of the views. There are plenty of benches along the way which we didn't need this time, but would be handy for others. It costs £5 a day for the car park - you get your money's worth in the trip to the falls alone. Had we not got so wet on our trip we'd have stopped in at the cafe - it has very good reviews and looks very inviting.

Went with my friends who haven’t been there before, all were happy with the day outing there… It took us 2-21/2 hours from the aber falls car park to the falls and back in a very relax and fun walk with lots of picture takings in between amazing sceneries…Will go there again soon.

Reasonably easy and straightforward walk, perfect for families with children, plenty of benches that can be used for resting on if needed.
Waterfall itself was absolutely magnificent, myself and the kids enjoyed clambering around the rocks near to it.
Bring coins for the parking machine.

Reviewed numerous family walks as had to consider a 5yr old and this one seemed the best bet. Simple route, just follow the slightly uphill track all the way and after about 45mins you come to the most amazing waterfall, simply beautiful. Our eldest enjoyed clambering over the boulders at the base then we all took a paddle in the freezingly fresh stream. Then it's all downhill back to the car. Car park pay machine £5, only takes coins.

I love waterfalls so a bit biased perhaps but they are great. Visited after a long dry spell and this waterfall was still magnificent. I nice walk up, about 30-45 minutes at a good pace. You can clamber across the rocks and get under the falls if you have your want to get wet, but I didn’t bring my swimming stuff on this occasion though. Well worth a visit and the £5 (coins only) parking.
