After visiting the most amazing Christmas market we walked up the hill to see this beautiful church. Loved the natural rock, incredible work!

If you go to Annaberg-Buchholz, you must include this Church in your plans. Very beautiful outside and inside, and if possible attend a service on Sunday(in German) but it is a very special place to be. This Church was built in 1499.......and you can just...More

during our visit when the Christmas Market was in full swing, they had an evening tour conducted by a " MINER " from the area, explaining all the large hand carved figures representing the history of this region.....
