I went to Brahma Kund. It is a spectacular rectangular shaped kund surrounded by steps on all four sides. It is believed that the water in the kund was collected by constructing walls when Lord Brahma bathed Lord Krishna in an era bygone. It is great place to go.

its on the way to kanakeshwar tempe
50 rs by auto from chondy naka, went there at 730am to avoid the heat, on a tuesday morning,
650 step to reach the temple , 5000 feet,
must carry water and snacks if required,
cell phone loses range midway into the climb,
take the auto guys phone number so that there is no problem to bo back,
couple of other temples
,morning 730 am so avoided the heat, shiva temple, hanuman temple, krishna balaram temple, vishnu temple etc, footsptems of the pandavas on the stairs,
we were two 29 year old so could manage easily, greenery both sides, 400 step water tap , on top snacks cold drinks etc and eatables available at a small restaurant (?), not ideal with kids elders, requires 1-2 hrs
mondays lots of devotees, other days almost no one, monkeys at the top

You will find this on your way to Kankeshwar Temple.
The water is pretty clean. But there is too much rush (I went during Weekend probably thats why).
