Went by motorbike to the dunes. Is it worth it.. Well. Don't know. But we did and we rented the 4 wheel bike as well. A little dangerous to do because it is difficult to see clearly in the white sand.
On our way back...More
This is a definite must do in mui ne. Great view but we felt we were duped. We bought tickets one a 4 spot tour which included white sand. When we arrived we were told we needed to pay an additional 500 000 dong by...More

Everything is great about the place, the sand dunes, the slide board, the sunset. My family love it especially the little ones. On a downside, the expensive charge for a 2-way up the sand dunes is a turn off.

I have seen more white sand dunes than I care to remember, including living amongst them for a year as a 21 year's old soldier half a century ago. No thanks I told wifey but had to admit red sand dunes would be a first....More
On the day I went I wore sandals / thongs. It is very windy on the top of the dunes and so a light scarf to protect the face. Women should wear short or long pants because of the strong wind. Take a water bottle as well.
its quite expensive in my opinion as well
but at the other side, its quite an experience if u can afford it
i chose to walk instead but many opt for the quad bike
there is a choice of riding behind and riding yourself
