What a great way to spend the afternoon. We went to deep stingray city to snorkel and watch the Stingray, then starfish point which was quite busy but cool to see the starfish. Then we headed to Stingray City sand bat and spent quite a while feeding and playing with the stingrays. Very competitive rates, small group. Wonderful crew! Thank you Duncan!

We took this tour independent of the cruise ship. That's not the problem. They were waiting at the dock to sell tours of stingray city. $45 each person. They showed us pictures of the boats and told us they were getting ready to leave and would be taking 3 boats. While the trip itself was ok, we did see stingrays and were able to snorkle. 1. They were not ready to leave... We waited another hour just standing around while they tried to get more people to go. 2. They did not take 3 boats. They only took 2 and we were smashed together on the 2.. about 40 people on each boat. 3. They took pictures of us individually with the stingrays.. the pictures were great.. They were charging $40 for the pictures.. cash of course, and said they would be emailing the pictures to us in an hour or so after we got back to port. Of course you can't check your email right then.. or for several days. Well. WE NEVER GOT OUT PICTURES. WE SENT MULTIPLE MESSAGES AND NEVER GOT A REPLY. They not only took our money.. They took our memories. This was really bad. There are other companies just outside the gaits.. pick one if them.. don't help these people stay in business. The people outside the gait were also cheaper..$40 each. I am reporting them to local authorities but im sure it will be useless.

We were in Grand Cayman as part of a cruise. I was hosting a large group of over 100 people. I set up a Stingray City tour with Duncan for 75 of our people. They met us at the dock, with a sign that led our people to the rally point as we got off the tender boats from our ship. We were introduced to the crew, taken to some nice buses, and away we went. We arrived at the boats, which were equipped with safety equipment, snorkel gear, and refreshments. The ride out to Stingray City was a beautiful 15 minute trip. Once we got anchored, we were treated to an amazing spectacle of stingrays of all sizes. They were everywhere!! The boat crew was very professional and helpful, and assisted us in handling a couple of the stingrays and getting photos. The whole experience was incredible! The crew took some wonderful photos, that were made available to us at fair prices for a package....but there was no pressure at all to buy anything. The photos sold themselves. We will definitely be going out again with Duncan, and recommending them to all our guests (we are travel agents) that find themselves in Grand Cayman!!

Customer service was great. Shaggy was Dive Master and took us to great sites absd did a good job exploring the site and maximizing bottom time and experience. Convenience was great - individualized service. meet the boat at the dock and the equipment is already on the boat and ready to go. Will definitely use their servics on next trip. Best dive operator that I have ever used in Cayman.

We visited in July for 2 weeks and dove with Shaggy and Pier the whole time. They spoiled us for sure. Amazing diving and service. I loved how they took great care of our family and made sure we always saw the best the island had to offer. Set the bar high so it's hard when we travel to other places to dive we always come back to how wonderful they were. Great memories for sure!
