Our excellent guide, Lydia, led us on an educational and amusing journey through the gin distilling process. We were gripped by the different ways of processing the 24 botanicals to the mechanics of using the still. Highly recommended

Very informative, interesting and fun tour with Lydia. Beautiful surroundings easy to get to but arrange a lift as you get to taste quite a few gins!

Well worth heading here on one of their open days to get a free tour (which is now much improved since they've upgraded the distillery). The gin (and strangely some non-gin) cocktails are excellent, you are required to purchase a 'Silent Pool' gin glass with...More

At the Distillery itself, a bottle costs £37 but if you're there on one of their tours they give you a £5 discount voucher. Suspect it's probably cheaper to buy at Waitrose, who stock it.

You get to try quite a number of gins, but in small doses and I got to the point when I didn’t drink the whole taster. All of the group that we were with drove home.
