I didn't know how high I had to climb, but it was a kind of heart-breaking sweaty height that I need to climb to reach this famous view. But worth doing. I saw a monkey in the woods there, too.

Small space with many photographers trying to get the right shot . I felt like asking for their photo instead, it killed my motivation to make photos a little. But a large camera doesn’t mean good photos hehehe.

There is a road that leads up to the pagoda but they are closed sometimes. I am unable to tell you the opening/closing times though.

You can catch a Fujikyu line train from Kawaguchiko station to Shimoyoshida station. Trains run approx every 20 mins or so. First trains around 5:15am!!!
