This wanderful track at Ella rock suites for trained hikers. It's best to take a local guide and minimum wheight, start at 4:30 local time to get to top before sunrise. 2 hours hp and 2 down. Good luck!

It's not really an area for swimming but there's a stream to cool off about 100m after leaving the train track as you join the track up to the rock. Check water quality before you decide. Enjoy the walk, the views are amazing.
