Ganga Arti is great attraction of Har ki Paudi.It is performed by the priests in the morning at 6 Am and in the evening also at 6 PM.Attracts large crowd which chants prayer with the priests.A magical event.

We planned to go for morning aarti but decided to goo for evening aarti at the last minute. Though super crowded, it was an experience of a lifetime. One has to be there to experience that feeling.

Well you cannot book online. But you really donot need to book as ganga aarti is conducted on ganga river ghat which are huge and spacious. Best way to watch it is to go a bit early and sit there. Or go to opposite side and... More

There are standard hotels near railway station but it all depends upon your budget. I would suggest please do not stay in any Dharamshala if you wish to maintain a particular standard. Haridwar is enjoyable many things to... More
