We rode bikes around La Maddalena and La caprera. There were nice views and interesting old fortresses to discover.
The scenery was just breath taking. The azure blue green waters I will not forget. The paths were pretty well marked.

Definitely worth taking a boat trip to visit the islands. We left from Santa Teresa Gallura. The beaches are stunning with turquoise water and white sand. They do however get a little crowded when all the boats stop at the same one.
