I love this beach for the sheer pleasure of seeing Balinese seaside village life. The downside is the accumulated rubbish which seems to be everywhere here. The snorkelling is close to the beach and the cafe life is abundant if not sleepy.

Beautiful black sand beach with a stunning view of Mount Agung. Calm and desertic place, ideal beach if you're looking for some peace in Amed. It is also possible to do snorkeling and arrange some fishing/diving trips with the locals from there.

Before to amed you can visit some hindu temple on the way to amed , like pura beji and ponjok batu temple.

Lovely black sand...restaurant on beach was decent. Rented 2 chairs with umbrella and snorkeling equipment..spent a lovely day here
