Arches is getting much more crowded than it was when we first started visiting, over 2 million visitors last year. Some days it has to be closed because it’s so full of people. Go early in the morning, carry lots of water, your own snacks...More

We have visited many national Parks and National Monuments but Arches truly is one unforgettable experience. Magnificent vistas mile after mile. A must for a must see list.

There is a scenic drive all the way through the park. I've heard this is one of the smaller national parks, but it's a long drive from front to back. But whatever you do, don't just drive the park. Park and hike up to some...More

How can you review a natural wonder? Go, enjoy. We did very little true walking and it still took us over three hours.

All parks in Utah are fantastic, yet Arches is a drivable tour for many hours, watching spectacular views every turn. However, the arches are the attraction to see, it is hard to express it in words, just get there.

We had an awesome time traveling through the park. I know there is talk about how busy the park is and that they are looking at making it shuttle instead of cars and I would really hate that. I love being able to just leisurely...More

To make the most of your day, I highly recommend getting inside the park early, around 8 or 9. Even in late Sept. traffic was not fun. The Ranger recommended that we start at the far end and work our way backwards because of traffic....More

Breathtaking - we hiked Delicate Arch and it was well worth the 1.5 miles up and 1.5 miles down. Did it in Oct mid day and was fine - wouldn't want to hike here in the summer

Arches Natioanal Park is amazing! You can see the sites from your vehicle, or hike (short to long hikes). We hiked to Delicate Arch for the sunset. Beautiful! There are several shorted hikes to arches too.

You can go on your own, it is worth going to the visitors centre as the rangers give you good advice on what to do

Check Forecast and layer. Can always take off but at least you have it if you need it.

Yes, it is worth driving through. There are many viewpoints that you can stop at and see the arches.
