We sat here eating our lunch and watching the boats coming in and out ,its a lovely place to relax and was very busy .We walked around for a while and ended up at the old lighthouse at the end of the harbour.

To be honest it’s not very far from Anstruther to pitenweem at all. The walk is a very nice walk and won’t take too long . And, if you are walking there then you will see it won’t take long lol. In fact you might be pleasantly surprised. You might even decide to continue through Pitenweem and walk to St Monans which is the next little village along. That way you will have walked off all those calories spent in Anstruther. Better still get a carry out and walk home eating it. There’s nothing better than eating a fish supper from newspaper.
