Drive slowly and great your two dollar toll money worth for the view 😀. This old bridge is cool. I believe it is free in southbound direction.

It’s a really nice bridge but not sure it’s an activity. It takes a couple of minutes to cross after have paid $2.

Very interesting construction. All steel with grid flooring which allows one to see the Columbia River below. $2 toll each way on the Oregon side, which is cheap considering that this is the only bridge across the river south of Hood River all the way...More

We did hiking and waterfall observing, we started in WA and crossed this bridge to complete our OR side of our trip. There is a fee to cross, but all in all the bridge is short and somewhat uneventful.

We went to the Bridge of the Gods and it wasn't anything worth writing home about. We did eat at a diner right outside of the bridge that was delicious for breakfast.

I thought the bridge very grand but unless you are passing through it’s not worth a stop here. That said, you might choose this a river crossing.

You wouldn’t go just for the bridge but you will likely cross the bridge anyway. The view on either side is quite picturesque but you’ll need to have a passenger take the photograph as you cannot stop. Pay attention as you cross!

Hiked Beacon Rock and then paid 2 dollars and went across to Oregon and had lunch at the Thunder Island Brewery . Scenic and worth 2 dollars any day.

Worth the stop! There are trails that head out from that location and parking is available. Be sure to catch the art work that is under the bridge, very nice

While exploring the waterfalls of the Columbia River Gorge, we came across the town of Cascade Locks and this bridge, Bridge of the Gods. For $2 each way, we were able to drive across the bridge into the town of Stevenson, Washington. They do allow...More

You can walk across it. Be careful as you share the bridge with vehicles and cyclists. You have to walk against the traffic. It is free to walk across.
