We only stayed for an hour as part of a day tour but we got a good feeling about the place. Friendly, great wine tastings and feeding the kangaroos and sheep - you could spend a fair few hours there.
The drive in is down some well maintained gravel roads and rolling hillside. The vineyard and farm is in a wonderful setting and the areas for the animals is vast giving them lots of wandering room. The Kangaroos and lamb are very friendly and cute.The...More
A beautiful place that gives you opportunity to interact with native animals and birds,
Friendly kangaroos and entertaining birds in the aviary plus lots of other interesting animals.
Lovely gift shop and wine tasting too.
As we were on a tour, we only had a brief time here, but could have stayed longer. There are native animals and birds to see and feed, a maze, Segways, even a wine tasting for Port Lincoln wines. Something for everyone!
We visited with 2 toddlers, a 5 year & 8 year old and 7 adults. The park itself is well laid out. Great petting area for the kids

We were on a tour we arranged through the Port Lincoln tourist bureau. (Taste of eyre 1/2 day tour) We were on cruise ship and booked our tour prior to arrival privately. 1/2 the price of cruise ship shore excursions! It is a fair way from cruise terminal and no way to get there except tour or perhaps hire a car for day. Port Lincoln locals are very friendly and welcoming when cruise ships in port so should be able to find a way to get there. Email the tourist visitors centre and they will provide you with info.
