You will have to arrange a trip out to the island where a small boat will take you into the cave. It's an amazing experience but be aware that the weather has to be pretty good. Morning visits get the best light in the cave.

Most probably that you will find the tour even cheaper than you can choose now. Only one recommendation from me : try to find the tour where the tickets for both boats will be included. Because you need one boat to reach the island and the second small one to go to the cave. Usually second one is excluded and you need to buy tickets it means queue, time, stress...
