Must visit this heritage site. Serene and peaceful. Mobile phones strictly not allowed so no pictures clicked. Please try special masala lemon tea from local vendors outside the premises, we loved that tea.

Within the premises of Maha Bodhi Temple, the tree is reminiscent of the days of Gautam Buddha. sitting there and meditation even for a short while gives peace.

There is some restrictions to enter with belongings like enter with mobile phone or wearing shoes inside.You can take camera but entering with it is chargeable.There is no time for preying beneath the tree.You can do as much... More
