We spend three nights on Coronado Island, and enjoyed every minute we were there (except occasionally the traffic). It was a great base for visiting San Diego during the day and dining in the evening.

Great spot to spend the day relaxing, browsing, eating, and simply enjoying yourself, yourself, your company, and the California coast.

All of the San Diego beaches we visited were exquisite and offered their own unique views. Most were surrounded by cliffs with limited shoreline. This one had really long and wide shoreline. There’s also a long sidewalk and lots of umbrellas & benches. This is...More

We didn't have a lot of time so we probably didn't experience the best the island had to offer. Nice place though.

Firstly, the island begins with astonishing view of big coronado bridge. San Diego is seemed very clear and gorgeous from island which is very green and beautiful. You can see couples getting married around. Amazing island

No. There is a path at the edge of the sand, but none to the water. This concrete path runs along the edge of the sand between the hotel and the edge of the sand.
