Booked through Expedia for a tour and a dinner. Tour never showed, spent a ages trying to get through on customer helpline: waste of time. Found the office number and sorted things out: they had clocked the dinner and missed the tour! Luckily we were able to go the next day.

Attempted to book this excursion through American Express and then Viator--their Argentine contact proved unreliable and I had to request refunds. I speak Spanish so my attempts to contact the company were just exasperating and unproductive but not due to a language barrier.
