This area is alive with great souvenir shops and excellent dining opportunities. We bought interesting souvenirs like beaded cutlery and recycled elephant dung notepaper. This was a huge hit back home. The waterfront is a short walk from town and other retail therapy shops!
Is a nice small place to relax around and to do some shopping like souvenirs etc., have a cop of coffee or a snack, take a boot trip. And go back in the evening to have diner there are a few good restaurants !
I enjoyed this bustling harbour, with all the shops and restaurants to visit and sample food at. It's also one of the few places wiht Free WiFi, which is a plus when the guest house you're staying at has no wiFi.
Waterfront in Knysna is a small but pleasing place to roam around, shop local artefacts souvenirs and gifts, and dine in one of the several restaurants, serving local delicious food, specially fish preparations. Several hotels situated on the waterfront provide comfortable accommodation.
