This was so much fun, Boutiques, Artists, anything could be bought here. Our favourite was the Cat Cafe TONO, where you could lunch with a family of beautiful cats

I had expected something a bit more interesting but really this is just a recreation of old style lanes with expensive shops and tourist focussed eateries. Worth a walk around but or visiting for dinner but otherwise there are more interesting places

The French concession area of Shanghai is a quirky collection of shops and bars in some very narrow streets. It had a vibe similar to London’s Camden in that everyone was welcome, no matter how different you maybe. Well worth a look to check out!

The French Concession is a wonderful area to visit. The old architecture of the buildings is worth seeing. The narrow alleyways are filled with great shops, food vendors, and restaurants! You can easily spend half a day here enjoying yourself.

You have to go to this place. These small alleys are a charming mix of small shops (craf and art galleries and the like), bars, restaurants and so on. You can just wander around and then have a snack or a meal. It is a...More
