It was nice to feel connected with the celebration and to learn more about Chamundi, but the crowds wore on our nerves. Worth a one-time visit. Bring small change for donations.

You won't get too much time to spent in sanctum because of rush however once out of there you can spend time in the premises and sit for some time, this is divinity and peace..you feel it here

well, you can not review a temple as such..but still, its a nice temple with not much rush when we reached there..it starts with a huge statue of mahishasura and temple itself is clean and peaceful.best part is the crowd was well managed.

One can go through a vehicle till the parking and avoid 1008 steps. Still on request security/police may allow near the ticket counter. From there one may take VIP ticket for a comfortable Darshan.
