We visited as part of a tour and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the work and the glass blowing demonstrations. We were shown around by an English speaking guide and really enjoyed our visit.

Cristais de Gramado at the date of your visit the factory works and had show every 15 minutes closing to lunch from 12:00 to 13:40.
