The place is steeped in history and most of the battlements of the fort still survive. The place definitely is a must see if you are in Sri Lanka

Great location of the fort along with sea shore. Fort gives great views of Galle cricket stadium. It has great spread to cover sea. Have got great diving location.

Fascinating structure with lots to see and explore. Lovely views from the ramparts. Plenty of space so wasn't too crowded. Vendors at intervals so you could stop and have a refreshment.A must visit.

hi there so many. good restaurants on the peddlers street if you walk all of them are roadside restaurants which serves good food but if you want sea food peddlers in cafe is good
